Stephen Mallon
Stephen Mallon is a photographer and filmmaker who specializes in the industrial-scale creations of mankind at unusual moments of their life cycles.
Mallon’s work blurs the line between documentary and fine art, revealing the industrial landscape to be unnatural, desolate and functional yet simultaneously also human, surprising and inspiring. It has been featured in publications and by broadcasters including The New York Times, National Geographic, NBC, The Wall Street Journal, The Daily Mail, MSNBC, The Atlantic, GQ, CBS, the London Times and Vanity Fair. Mallon has exhibited in cities including Miami, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, St. Louis and New York, as well is in England and Italy.
Rhinebeck Bank welcomes Stephen Mallon artwork exhibit to Beacon Area branch

Wappingers Falls, NY (November 16, 2022) – Rhinebeck Bank welcomes Stephen Mallon to its Beacon Area branch to exhibit his collection of photographs.
This collection of Mallon’s work will be on display at the Bank's branch at 1476 Route 9D, Wappingers Falls between Tuesday, November 22nd, 2022 and Tuesday, January 17th, 2023. Everyone is encouraged to visit the branch during regular business hours to enjoy this new art exhibit.
Over the past twenty years, Mallon has amassed numerous awards on local, regional and national- level awards and has participate in over 75 solo and group exhibitions throughout the United States and Europe. His photography has been included in collections located Harvard Business School, the Cleveland Museum of Art Library and the American Society of Media Photographers. Mallon has been featured in numerous TV, online and print media, including CBS, CNN, National Geographic, National Public Radio (NPR), Popular Science, Slate and Smithsonian Magazine.
Mallon holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
